2. What kinds of personal information about you do we process and hold?

The personal information that we process in connection with all our property maintenance services, if relevant, includes:

  • Your full name.
  • Private home address.
  • The address of any related property where works have been carried, if different than the above.
  • Personal contact number(s).
  • Private email address(s).
  • Details of any associated managing agent or property manager, if applicable.
  • If applicable, any payment card transaction details. These are held securely in hard copy form and subsequently destroyed upon receipt of funds into our bank.
  • 12 months maintenance history for works carried out at your property for warranty purposes.

3. What is the source of your personal information?

We only use your personal data that you give to us, or any that we may collect from you and your agent, your landlord, managing agent and property manager, if applicable, for the sole purposes of carrying property maintenance works at your property.

4. What are the legal grounds for our processing of your personal information?

We rely on the following legal bases to use your personal data:

  1. Where it is needed to provide you with our property maintenance services.
  2. Where it is in our legitimate interests to do so during the course our normal business activities.
  3. To comply with our legal and government regulatory requirements.
  4. With your consent or explicit consent.

5. For how long is your personal information retained by us?

Unless we explain otherwise to you, we’ll hold your personal information based on the following criteria:

  • For as long as we have reasonable business needs, such as managing our relationship with you and managing our maintenance operations.
  • For as long as we provide our services to you and then under any warranty period that may apply.
  • Retention periods in line with legal and government regulatory requirements or guidance.
