- Rates apply to normal working hours (Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 hrs)
- Outside of normal working hours the charges shall be subject to a 75% uplift
- Materials charged at trade price + 20%
- All prices are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the prevailing rate
- Minimum charge to be paid at time of booking your job. Ongoing labour and materials to be paid on completion of work.
